Our Bachelor’s program in International Hospitality Management has been designed to train students for the Hospitality field. The Bachelor programme in International Hospitality Management train students on the main functions of Luxury Hotels, Private Palaces, cruise ships and other luxury vessels as well as luxury brands. including Luxury Restaurants Management, Luxury Housekeeping Management, Hotels Human Resources Management, Hotels Finance Management and Communications. 

Our students are encouraged and supported throughout the programme, which offers the perfect balance of theoretical and applied techniques. The programme relies heavily on practical experience so students study half of the duration of the year and work the second half of the year.

SIST has a partnership with luxury hotels in Casablanca as well as a partnership with organizations that provide international internships to support the students develop throughout the programme.

Students can continue their studies to obtain a Masters in Hospitality Management at Cardiff Metropolitan University in the UK.

A tourism degree will open up numerous vocations and employment opportunities for you. It is one of the professions that can cross all boundaries. As a tourism graduate, you will have endless choices in various sectors like tourism, media, lecturing, event management, and advertising.

Work might include running travel agencies, being a travel agent, hotel management and travel writing and blogging.

  • Venue Design Project

Year 3: International Hospitality Management

  • International Food and Beverage Management OR Culture, Power and Identity (20 credits)

  • Dissertation OR Enterprise Project (40 credits) OR Independent Study (20 credits)
